Each Passionate PA has an extensive skill set, varied business background and experience of operating within senior management teams of businesses both large and small. We are not virtual assistants; we are self-employed freelance business support professionals who are 100% committed to delivering exceptional client work and being part of #TeamPassionatePA – a successful and growing franchise. Our Story

Let us tell you about how The Passionate PA began over fifteen years ago, as a crazy idea of our incredible founder Sarah. Without realising it, she led the way for freelance PAs and virtual assistants (VAs) across Dorset and beyond. Our business and the marketplace have changed significantly since 2007. However, we have continued to change and adapt to enable us to work with an amazing range of leading business people. We are now growing through franchising; encouraging highly skilled and commercially savvy individuals to break the traditional career mould and carve a business for themselves under our brand.
